Join us for a day of Kundalini Yoga to engage and elevate our positive behaviors so that we may and claim our original birthright of happiness and prosperity.
Breath, postures, mudras, movement and meditation are given to inspire us to break through subconscious blocks that may be keeping us from living fully. Then, we can simply “Be” and “Have”.
