What is planted in the spring, grown and ripened through the summer is harvested in the Fall, in preparation for deep hibernation of winter. In the East, Autumn corresponds to the Element of Metal and the organs of Lung and Large Intestine. Metal encourages deep reflection, a balance between holding on and letting go, yielding and asserting, inspiration and elimination, discipline and flexibility. Metal calls us to deeply heal core issues in order to cultivate the purity for reaching toward heaven. The Workshop represents a creative blend of Kriyas and Meditations to harmonize the energies associated with Autumn and the Element of Metal.
