Qigong is the practice of cultivating one’s Chi, one’s life force often using static postures, conscious movement, rhythmic breathing, all of which are anchored in a specific internal focus. The aim of Qigong is to enhance health, vitality, well being and longevity.
The class will be completely experiential in nature. A series of simple Qigong practices will be instructed using a flowing meditative style of facilitation. The class is most suited for beginners as well as for experienced students with a beginner’s mind. All participants of sincere heart are cordially invited to attend. Please dress in comfortable yoga attire.
