Join us for Kundalini Yoga related to the Traditional Chinese Medicine view of Autumn, a time for harmonizing the Lung and Large Intestine meridians. This session will include physical movement, yoga postures, breath techniques, sound, mantra, meditation, and a short discourse to discuss the energetic aspects of the "metal element" of the season. Experience in Kundalini Yoga practice is not required. All interested individuals are invited to attend.
